Congratulations
to the winners of the 5th Annual Student Film Festival! The winners of this year's festival are: Myles Walsh (1st prize) for "Relativity"; Nichole Lagrone (2nd prize) for "Thailand"; and Stephen Massar (3rd prize) for "My Band." Thanks again to all who submitted their films. This was our biggest audience turnout yet, and we can't wait until we see you again next year. START FILMING NOW!!! |

The 5th Annual Student Film Festival
official selections have been made! Included this year are the following films: Relativity (dir. Myles Walsh); ¡Viva Izquierda! (dir. Lyvers/Townes); Criminal to Civil War, Top Museum, A Day in Charleston (dir. Michael Parks); My Band (dir. Stephen Massar); Thailand (Nichole Lagrone). Plus other bonus treats, including a sneak peak at The Republic of Pete, directed by College of Charleston's own Jesse Berger (winner of top prize at the 4th Annual Student Film Festival). Join us tomorrow at 8:00pm in Physicians Auditorium. |

along with a hard copy of your film (in DVD format), can be dropped off
at the Film Studies Program office, 72 George St., room 300. Or, you
can arrange a hand-off by emailing the Student Film Club president, Taylor Townes. Deadline for
submissions in March 17. |

March 31. The festival will be held in Physicians Auditorium. It's not
